Service

Zojora.com warrants the home delivery of quality products. Our customers satisfaction is our first priority and we strive to bring an impeccable service to our clients. Additionally, we strive to make our photographs reflect the true colors of the finished product. However, due to the limitations of certain monitors, the colors you see on your screen may not be a totally accurate reproduction of the actual product. We strive to make our colors as accurate as possible, but screen images are intended as a guide only and should not be regarded as absolutely correct.

Zojora.com believes the information written on the products to be correct.

Price

All products are priced in EUROS, €. The price of a product posted on the website at the time the order is passed will be honoured. Delivery costs vary according to the value, weight and final destination of the purchase.

Products

It is strictly forbidden to resale products purchased at zojora.com

Zojora.com reserves the right to limit the purchase quantity of certain products. If a product is not available when delivery must be made, it will not be charged nor will it be delivered at a later date.

Order confirmation

The contract becomes effective when the client has passed the order and the order has been accepted and confirmed electronically by zojora.com. Thereafter, any change or cancellation of the order will no longer be possible. Each order is confirmed by zojora.com. Your credit card will be charged only after merchandise is shipped.

Payment

Payment is through Paypal and Credit Card.

Reimbursement

A reimbursement can only occur in case of quality defect of a product. In this case only, a purchase can be returned within 30 days following delivery and Zojora will replace the item or if impossible compensate the customer by crediting his account with the equivalent of the purchase price. Wear is not considered a quality defect and is not covered by the warranty. Drop us a line at tara@zojora.com should you receive a defective product
