Shipping is from Singapore. We ship with Singapore Post. Please be aware that your delivery may also be subject to local custom charges, over which we have no control, and must be borne by you. Once your order is mailed, we will send you an update with your tracking number via email. All orders are trackable on Singapore Post and the country of your origin.

Delivery locations can be verified on the website.

Following the purchase order confirmation by zojora.com, delivery will take place at the address indicated by the client.

Orders will be processed within 2 working days once payment has been received.

Returns

At ZOJORA we do not have a refund policy.

However, your satisfaction is what is most important to us, so should you be sent a defective item, drop us a line at hello@zojora.com and together we will find a solution.
